Yandle Consulting is led by:

Leslie Yandle, SPHR – Human Resource Specialist

More than 250 managers and executives have benefited from Leslie Yandle's organizational development and leadership training. She successfully applies human resource systems for profit and non-profit companies of all sizes. The Wall Street Journal and conferences throughout the consulting industry reference her human resource discoveries. Her experience includes executive level service in manufacturing and delivery of products for aerospace, metals, chemicals and public utilities. Leslie received a B.S. in management from Florida State University.

Micah Janus, Ph.D. – Employee Screening Specialist

Micah is best known for his significant contributions of psychological assessments of pre-employment candidates and executive promotions for Delta Airlines. Virtually every pilot and senior manager at Delta went through the famous “Janus Rocking Chair” screening during the past fifty years. The chair now sits in Delta's museum.

Micah also founded Janus and Associates, an Atlanta based consulting company and is co-founder and President of CareeRx.ComTM, an online career testing, career counseling and coaching service.

Ken Hultman – Change Management Specialist

Consultant and author Ken Hultman has more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations remove barriers to achieving their full potential. He has written six books and many articles focusing on personal, interpersonal, organizational, and spiritual growth. His article, "Evaluating Organizational Values" received the 2005 outstanding O.D. Journal article of the year award.

Ken has worked with a wide variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. He holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Arizona State University, and an Ed.D. in counseling psychology from Rutgers University. He is also registered as an O.D. Professional by the International Registry of Organization Development Professionals, licensed as a clinical professional counselor by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, and certified as a trainer by the International Board of Certified Trainers, Inc.
